This program distills an embodied methodology to integrate into a variety of modalities. This means a wide variety of people and professions will gain significant, actionable value from the program, including: CEOs, Executive Directors, Leaders, Facilitators, Parents, Teachers, Educators, Somatic Practitioners, Psychologists and Therapists, Mindfulness Practitioners, Artists, HR Professionals, Change Agents, and anyone interested in exploring leadership through the lens of accessing the wisdom of the body.

This event is also specifically designed to explore and respond to address the specific challenges of power that are faced by women.
